Virtual Running Group – Week 3

Hello Runners, hope you have enjoyed joining the group and happy you have week 2 behind you. Follow Two Working Moms and use the hashtag #TWMrunners to keep the group going. If you don’t have a running app, just take a photo and give us the details about your run in your Facebook or Instagram comments.

This week we are adding another mile to our long run while keeping our 3 miles run for our short runs. Personally, I love even mile runs since they are easy out and backs and by doing that you have no way to skimp since you need to get back home/to your car and walking will only make it that much longer.

Week 3 of 12 running challenge:


For my long runs, I like to meet up with the Seattle Green Lake Running Group. They do a morning run every Saturday at 7am rain or shine. Even thou I’m an introvert runner (headphones in and like to be at the back of the pack) I do love running with a group. Try it out and find a group in your area to run with.
