As a working mom, I put a lot of pressure on myself to make the most of my time. I have a full-time job that I love and two kids in preschool who need a lot of my time and attention. I want to eat right, be healthy, and exercise. I need a clean and organized home to feel calm and a happy family who feels loved. To remain mindful I need a creative outlet to express myself and when I have the capacity, the quiet time to learn and educate myself.
